CBSE conducts the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) at the national level. It is a two-year exam that checks whether candidates are eligible to teach classes 1-8 — candidates who wish to teach classes 1-5 can take Paper 1, and those who want to teach classes 6-8 can take Paper 2
*What is the qualification after CTET?
After CTET certificates candidates can apply for all Central/State Government Teaching jobs like KVS, NVS, & DSSSB etc. Without a CTET certificate, candidates cannot apply for Central government teaching jobs. After CTET certificates Candidates can apply for some state government teaching Jobs.
